Navigating To Your Subscription Customer Portal

Firstly, head over to your subscriptions tab on your dashboard. This will give you all of your subscriptions, regardless of their status.

Once here, click the three dots and select "Manage" on the dropdown. This will take you to your specific customer portal.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Actions such as cancelling a subscription are made easy from the customer portal.

The status of your subscription will still remain "active" until the paid period has ended.
